regarding the LED alert - when the popup box is set to off - the LED is red (BB default) and then a minute later it changes to the appropriate color (green etc).

the question is how can I get the LED to alert me in the appropriate set color immediately, not after one minute? I've got the box checked to alert right away, but still no change.

I've contacted support directly which has repeated in different ways the same advice, which hasn't helped: that is, to turn off "repeat notifications" in each of the BB profiles so that AMX is the primary notifyer. But I've done that and no go. I've reset the device, still no go. Am at a loss.

Any input from anyone would be much appreciated.
