There are two clips underneath the gray speaker cover that you have to depress in order to pull the speaker cover off. You'll have to be careful because using too much force will damage the plastic cover. I have been successful using paper clips.
Use your nails to pull the speaker cover slightly from the top. Insert a large paper clip to keep it open. Using either a flat head screwdriver or a small paper clip, look for two clips both on the left and right side. Depress them and pull the speaker cover from the top. The two remaining screws are underneath that gray plastic cover. You'll also need a flat head screwdriver to depress a clip that is keeping the front bezel attached to the back housing.
