Hi Everyone!

I got a problem with the volume key of my BB, and i press up it doesn't work but when press down it's working as normal, so if there any solutions with this problem?

Have you swapped any hardware parts recently? I.E. Bezel?

I have the same problem after I changed out the bezel on my bold. It was simply not making a proper connection when pressing the button. Disassembly and re-assembly fixed my problem.

Thanks for your reply, Actually my bold is new and never change any hardware part. So i have to reassembly this device right?

If its new, I would take it back to where you bought it from and get a full working device before doing any disassembly...
