Hi, hopefully someone can help.

I had an o2email.co.uk email address on my blackberry, worked fine until my blackberry updated and I lost all emails from my phone, I have set up all my other emails up again but cant remember the password for the o2 one. So i went to the website and did the "forgotten password" link. Got an email through from "Blackberry internet service" that read along the lines of


"automatically generated email. do not reply.


you asked to have your password sent to your device.

your password is:

"

And there is no password in the space.....

Whats going on?? I've tried all other ways I can think of. Any help, much appreciated.

You can call O2 and ask them to escalate to BB Tech support and ask them to reset your password.

I have just upgraded from a 9700 to a 9900 and I have exactly the same problem. Did you manage to get your password re-set?
