It's an application that runs and functions as an animated home screen, and can still access the traditional homescreen. Also included with the application is a theme to match your selected style. They have custom icons including aftermarket application icons to match! There's 7 different themes, and they're going for $9.99.
I know I sound like I'm giving a sales pitch but it sounds great to me, I'll definitely be getting it once i can see a video of the interface and how it runs!
