We need more details. What Application did you install? What is showing on the screen of your device right now?

If you connect your device to the PC, does your PC detect the device?

Connect your device to your PC and launch Desktop Manager. Select Apploader and uncheck the application you just installed. It should uninstall it from your OS and you should be back to normal.

Can you give us some more details. It's not working is not very descriptive. What happens? Do you get an error?

What version of DM are you using? Try rebooting your PC.
