when i log in and i send messages they see them but when they answer i never get there message i tried to reinstall it and removed the battary and it workls but when i log out and log in again the next day it doesnt work!!! WHY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

If you can, try it with a different live account; just to rule out that it is an account problem.

its not cause when i get home i log into msn on my pc and it works fine!
PLUS like i said when i take the battery out it works but only for the day then the next i have to pull it again!
