Default Thinking about returning the 8320

Please Login to Remove!

I have had the 8320 for over 1 week and am thinking about returning it and the H@H router. I have had numerous problems, have spoken with T-Mobile reps (who knew next to nothing about the handset) and RIM reps (who only knew a little bit more) 3 times for over 3 hours. I just don't want to be a beta tester for a product that has not been adequately debugged. Not to mention the upgrade cost, new 2 year contract and additonaly H@H monthly expense. It seems to make sense to return the 8320 and wait until RIM and T-Mobile resolve the issues.

If it does not suit your needs, return it. No question.

I was having trouble with wifi too, but I got it sorted out with the help of the folks here. And most people seem happy.

Do return it if it's not a fit, but if you're the kind of geek who wants to believe in the 8320, stick it out till the 14 days are up.
