Exclamation BIS activation BIG problem

Please Login to Remove!

Person A is using BES for a month without problems
Person B buy BB and create BIS account with gmail (using only BIS)
Person A also receive mail icon (and emails) from person B
Log in system shows that gmail was created on both devices at exactly same time

Does anyone knows what happened here?

If yes is the answer, person "B" might have to get the PIN released from person "A" carrier.

Person B did not buy blackberry from person A. Is it possible that there has been something wrong in Blackberry "system-network"?

When registering his BlackBerry, did person B but in the PIN of person A's BlackBerry?

Are you using BIS, or Googlemails application?

That's interesting and it seems like it's the second similar post that I've seen recently. I really don't see how BIS could be associated with 2 BB's at once. Have the carrier delete B's BIS account and try creating it again.

Can you verify the PIN's on both BB's (Options->Status)?

what is the thought process? Are you thinking that both the BB's have same PIN?

Carrier has delete account just on the persons A BB (where account shouldnt be). I know both PINs. The diference is just on the last two "signs" (not checked on device).

Maybe there really is something with PINs, because person B has create account through BB (so he didnt need to enter PIN and IMEI, which he should if he would create acc. with PC).

But really strange thing is that person A has newer access internet site for BIS, but there was created account for his BB (completly new, newer used BB). i really think that there is sth wrong with BB system.
