Hello,
I have about 423 SAVED messages on my blackberry but I'm going to FORMAT my phone for some issues.
so, if I backup and restore my blackberry would I lose my saved messages ?
If No, How can I do the full backup and restore thing ? so i can make sure that i won't lose any saved msg.

You can do a full back up if you want or you can go in and do a custom back up and only back up things like contacts, calendar, saved messages. If you are having issues with the device I recommend doing a custom back up and then do a software reload without backing up information. Then you can restore the things you really want back on it and start fresh.

well, do you know that small clock ? every time i use my blackberry it appears on the screen and still sometimes for maybe 20 minutes then i cant control anything i just should wait till it gone it self :S !!
so that's why I'm asking about the backing up, cause i wana do a format for the mobile and finish from that problem.
any idea ?

Have you tried to delete any App's you installed. try that first. If that fails then do as suggested by b52junebug
It sounds like an APP is not playing well.

Also, how much free space do you have on the BB. Options / Status will tell you that.
