Hi everyone! How does BES find users, is it AD or LDAP? I have an Enterprise server 5.0.2 and one Express server 5.0.2 and we are running Exchange 03. I am having some problems trying to add particular users in BESx. This is only a few people sporatically, and I can add most people without issue. When I try to find some of the users on BESx, it gives me the usual BAS cannot find the records you were looking for. I tried finding the user by last name, and by adding from company directory. When I add the user on BES, I can successfully add the user. I am pretty stumped on what I should do to resolve this. Does anyone have an idea?

Offline GAL from MSE. We've had some issues with this. I've been able to fix not finding users by restarting the mail store service on BES but that's a hatchet fix.

Thanks rain, I did restart the Mailstore service, but no dice. I also verified with KB19451, but everything was correct. KB19451-"No records were found that match the specified search criteria" appears in the BlackBerry Administration Service console during an attempt to create a BlackBerry enabled user account

Okay, I guess between KB19451 and refreshing the available user list, it did the trick.
