Do you guys know why a message would be delayed for a couple of days?
I have a user that received a message on his inbox and didnt get the message on the bb 2 days later.

Domino 7.0.2 FP2 with BES 4.1.4

How was his reception. If he was out of the coverage area he would not receive it. Also the radio on the device could have been turned off for those 2 days.

Need to look at the message headers to see where the delay is.

That was my initial thought but he claims that he received other messages that day.

.... get the refid from the message and then trace it back through the logs to find out where the delay is.
