Hi,

WE have just got these phones for me and my husband and I would like some help and information ..

First were do we start (*grin*)

1. How can we transfer music and pictures to the mobile?
2. How can we set up Bluetooth . I mean pair it up with my laptop.

I have downloaded the desktop manager but even that does not give me much help. I have also downloaded the manual to use the phone but I would like to change the theme add some of my music for ringtones and pictures .

Any help will do

Welcome to the Forums, Angelvella.

On your BB, click Options/Tools, then About. The line that starts with V.4.

If version 4.1, you will need to download FROM the browser on your BlackBerry, ringtones, etc., from websites that have them, such as tuneisin.com. You will find others listed in the Media section of this forum. Most pictures you can email yourself and save to the BB, or save from a website.

version 4.1.0.286. Follow the instructions for ringtones as stated in the first paragraph "For all Models"

I have looked at the site and instructions to how to convert .... but I do not seem to have a media card on my system so *Sigh* I am having that problem
I will try and use the desktop manager and figure out how to do it that way

Thank you for your help and advice,

I have tried to connect my BB to my laptop and I get a white screen on my BB and nothing to say that I am connected to my system to try download or copy and paste easy way to pass music and pictures over but still no good :(

Angelvella, You can not have a media card with your model.

My post above and the link distinctly instructs how to move ringtones.
I even offered you an example website to go to.

I don't think this is a language difference. We are trying to help, but you must read what is being posted here.

You canNOT move ringtones to your BB OS version via your laptop and cable.
