Hi all,

I started using my new 8310 Curve smartphone this week and have already experience a problem.

When using a couple of the themes (Vodafone Today - Green, Vodafone Today - White and BB Dimension Today) that show information on the Home Screen; my SMS (text) messages get "stuck" below the Text/Media Message area. I can delete the message but it is still shown as being in the Inbox folder as a new message. And will stay there even if I reboot the phone.

The only way of getting rid of this message is to switch themes; but if i switch back to the original theme it is shown again!!!!!

This is bizarre and strange behaviour to say the least.

Anyone seen this before or have steps on how i can debug this?

This is a known issue with the Today themes sometimes, where messages may stick. I don't believe there is a "fix" for it other than the one that you currently use.

I started using the ZEN-style themes for that exact reason.
