I need to know how I can makes notes when I need to. In other words, nothing to transfer from my pc to my BB Curve, but if I am out and about and see something I want to remind myself to do - where can I make a note or memo of this? I know this sounds fairly simple but cannot figure it out.

There are applications for both Tasks and Memos (MemoPad). It is located in the Tools and accesories folder in the vodaphone today theme I am using. It might be in an applications subfolder in other themes. I know tasks can have reminders and due dates so it seems best to remind you to do something.

Yep....... And if it is something you will do often and want to be able to open Memopad quickly, consider maping it to a convenience key.
