Default Camera Pictures taken with pearl are coming out looking like infra red??

Please Login to Remove!

Im having a problem with my camera on the 8100 blackberry pearl. The pictures taken with pearl are coming out looking like infra red kinda like predator heat seeking mode. It used to take pictures fine, ive tried cleaning the lens with a Q-Tip and its still doing this. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix it?

Does it have different 'modes' for taking pictures? My 8130 can take color, B&W, and Sepia....is it set on Sepia?

Had the same issue. I pulled the battery and with a Q-Tip gently pushed in on the camera housing. Reinstalled the battery and that seemed to fix it.

8100 does not have that option.

THANKS!!!! I had the same issue and it worked! When I pushed it down with the qtip, I heard two little clicks. Perhaps the camera was loose.

THANKS AGAIN!!!

Wirelessly posted (8130 Pearl (Sprint))

Loosen your camera? Time to look at those always helpful disassembly photos that are stickied. =P

Good luck
