I am starting my own business and am effectively my own BES admin

My Desktop Manager is telling me two DIFFERENT things

When I star up Desktop Manager I get a big delay and then "Please note you can reconcile messages in Personal Folders using the Blackberry Desktop Software, but NOT using wireless message reconciliation"

BUT when I so into Synchronisation/Configuration/Configure Reconciliation I get told "wirless message reconciliation IS currently enabled ."


Anyone know how I might get it to properly reconcile wirelessly or not....

Are you set up to have mail delivered to a PST? If so, you'd need to switch to storing it in your mailbox if you want wireless reconciliation.
