When I get a voicemail, I always get the vibrate notification. Is there a way to change this to an audible notification? I have the 8310 and can not find an option for this. A friend with an 8800 has the same issue.

Check your profile for SMS. I believe that doubles for voicemail.

You mean if setting an audio alert for SMS doesn't work for voicemail notifications?

Are you sure that you're editing the active profile?

If all else fails, try a battery pull to see if it helps any.

I've done a security wipe, then reactivated on the BES, done the above profile change, battery pull. Everything I can think of fails. User has audio for calls, but not for SMS/email/voicemail.
