I am trying to install my microsd card and it seems it doesn't fit. This is my second attempt. After I place the card in the slot and then try to lock the slide, the slide cannot lock the memory card in place.

Any suggestions

Are you putting it in the correct way? Make sure the contacts on the card match the contacts on the slot.

Also, the card might need to slide into slot on the slider as opposed to lying flat in the slot.

thanks, I tried sliding it onto the slot and that worked, I had to open one of the guides more and then it worked fine. Thanks again

old thread but very helpful ... you need to slide the card into the metal lock. Don't try to lay the card down and slide the lock over it. That won't work.
