Unlocked In Box! Used for 1 week, device is in "excellent" working condition! Needed a camera (curve)...so my 3yr. old was watching a movie and decided to play with my fiance's nail buffer...presto magic "hair line surface scuffs" on the screen. If not for that, phone would have been in 9.9/10 condition or returned to AT&T for my money back. The screen can be replaced for about $5.00 U.S. (online) or you can try some sort of sctratch remover for glasses to buff out the scruffs, if it really bothers you. UPC bar code was removed for rebate purposes. Feel free to pm with any questions/concerns.

answer to your question is Yes! used wifi a couple of times at home without inserting a sim card, works perfect! hope it helps

if you mean browsing the web on a wifi connection, then the answer is Yes! used wifi a couple of times at home to browse the web and access my online email accounts, etc. without inserting a sim card, works perfect! hope it helps

The damage to the screen, how severe is it? The pictures make it difficult to assertain degree of damage.

the majority of the scuffs are on the left side...as you can see when the screen is on it is still clear enough to see through, although depending on the person some people might be bothered with the scuffs and may find it annoying,(me personally I'm in the middle, I can live with it but if I can replace it then I would or at least try to use a scratch remover of some sort to lessen it, then I would...I did factor the screen in the my overall price...I'll try to post another picture at a better angle in a little bit, thanks.
