Welcome to the BBF!

IF you are BES, you have a Data Plan, how you may also have an IT Policy installed from our IT people restricting it.

Do you know if you do?

thanks... this sounds possible, although another guy has it all working so maybe not. it is a new contract for the work incorporating voice and BB oppossed to 2 seperate devices and the guy with a working one is on the old contract with separate phone and BB.... so still possible, apprecaiate you telling me the score this is very helpful.

Option > Security > General Settings > scroll to the bottom, is there anything listed under "sevices"?

Again, if your device is on a BES from your company, you can't remove the IT Policy--it will just get pushed back to the device. AND, your employer, to which the BB is connected has every right to push the policy with their intended restrictions. You are best off speaking to your IT people there, nicely, with sugar, if you want changes to it.

Even if it is your device on their BES, the policy can be pushed. You are on "their" network.

This may not be the correct place to post but my question is...
Is there a way to get web access on a blackberry with the $9.99 add on plan with TMobile (U.S)?
I have been going round and round trying diffrent ways of getting this option to work and have come up short, if I'm not mistaken this was done before back in the 7510 days however I can't find the post on how it was done (I've been gone for a looooooooong time), So modders can it be done?
