Default unlock password locked BB

Please Login to Remove!

Hello, Is it possible to unlock a password locked BB ? its not part of our BES so i cannot change password on it
or If i can read data off the device and restore it to another device?

Not it isn't. If you have forgotten your password after 10 attempts the device will revert to factory settings deleting all data.

Nope, you can't do so without the password.

Entering the wrong password 10x will wipe the device all of personal data and settings.

unfortunately one the devices best selling points is also one of its biggest banes when your caught on the wrong side of it

hmmm $895.00, and it doesn't support current BlackBerrys.

I would recommend you read the "how do a get a refund" FAQ first.

doesnt matter, our client who asked for forensic siezure will pay for it, but this also requires a password, and there is a seperate pack for password brute force, so this is also a dead end,

now i have asked our RIM contact for any forensic tool, we dont want to unlook really, all we want is to read data

OK, so you asked RIM to provide you with a tool that would essentially defeat the security that they set up for the device in the first place?

hey i know, but we are asking for forensic useage, not for hacking. and if we dont get it, its ok too. All i need is a definate answer for our CIO

Forensics = Hacking. Albeit, for more ethical reasons... but it's still hacking.

They won't provide it to you. Security is the reason Blackberry is the device of choice for government, military, businesses, etc. Unfortunatly for you, this is a dead end.
