I have a client with a BB 8130 using outlook 2002 and desktop manager 4.3. He has about 40 sub folders for contacts and his contacts from the subfolders are not syncing to his device. How can he get them all transfered? He dosent need or want them to be separated into subfolders on his device, he just wants them all transferred.
