I've been getting emails relating to this just today:

I know that RIM says to ignore them... Well, i'm getting them every 5 minutes for one of my users, who otherwise has no problem with his blackberry / email. The problem is that I'M the one getting the emails and its getting rather annoying.

What level do you all typically set the Event Level to? Do any of you even use the "BES Alert" function?

I'd really like to stop these messages, but I dont want to prevent myself from getting important status updates.

PS I'm running 4.1 SP6

Yup - critical alerts only. I'm of the mind that "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" when it comes to my BES. Only if the user can't do something specific then I'll look into it.

Its set to critical and I'm still getting them.

Do i need to restart my BES to take affect?
