RSS Feeds with Blackberry Browser?

I'm sorry if this has been discussed, but I didn't see much on it from a search.
I just realized while searching a webpage (with an RSS feed) that you can click the blackberry button and then go down to "add web feed" and view RSS Feeds straight from the browser.
Is this a new feature to 4.5 OS or have I just always missed it in the past?
