Hi All,

Strange problem. This is the second time this has happened. It seems like each time I upgrade the OS, the default preloaded ringtones disappear. The last time I wiped the handheld and they came back. It happened again during the last OS rebuild and this time a wipe handheld did not help.

Anyone run into this issue and/or know what the fix may be?

If you know how to use JL_Cmdr, use it to manually load "net_rim_bb_medialoader_sonic_networks_high.co d" from the OS's fileset onto your BB. The default ringtones are contained in that file.

If you want the newer higher definition tones, you'll also want "net_rim_bb_medialoader_sonic_networks_high2.c od"

If you don't know how to use JL_Cmdr, just Google it and it's pretty straightforward.
