I installed Exchange 2007 SP1 with Update Rollup 3 and BES 4.1.6.9 recently in two machines.

Pop3 clients (Eudora 7.0 and outlook2000/2003) receive duplicate messages.
There is no duplicate problem in BB, OWA and outlook directory service client.
There is no problem in pop3 clients if the users are not using BB.

If I disable "leave a copy of messages on the server" option, the problem fixed.
But, I would like to enable this option so that the BB users can retrieve the old messages through the OWA or can forward attachment through the BB.

Any help are appreciated.

Is it all messages or maybe just after they have been updated by the bb? If the message is marked as read or something like that. Maybe since the BES was the last one to touch the message, the pop account thinks that it might be a new message?? not sure..
