I'm relatively new to BES administration but many hours and calls to RIM have yielded no results.

I've got an undeletable second copy of my BES server listed in the Blackberry Manager. I'm not exactly sure how or where it has come from, but I can't delete it. (error: no key) It actually appears to be a duplicate of my original BES, with the same key but the name is blank.

How do I get rid of it? RIM and I went thru the list of SQL db's and that looked ok so we're both at a loss now. Anywhere else I can check?

Any advice definately appreciated...

This is also happening in our environment. We have 3 BESs, and the dup in BB Manager is on our primary BES and has same SRP and Key info. The encryption was showing as DES, however, while our primary was AES. It looks like the "phantom" server is actually having an affect on the actual server.

Anyone out there have any additional info on situations like this?

- OS where you run the BlackBerry Manager
