Every time I send a MMS to someone, it laggs a little bit and then all my messages are deleted or somewhat gone. It's not in my messages folder anymore.

And my call list is all gone..

Why does 8120 keep on acting like this? Can I stop it??

Yep - you've run out of memory.

You have got to move the pictures (and any other media) out of the device memory and onto a microSD memory card.
