Spy software for 8100 pearl

1. Is there any way or software available to keep track of all the calls made from a pearl 8100 even if they are deleted from the call log?
2. What is the possibility of spying on bb messenger chat??? could it be saved secretly or keep record of addition and deletion of a contact that one is trying to hide??

i am looking for something that shows me bb chat and tells me how many times a specific contact is added and then deleted after chat.

my concern is to check my staff, as i have lost couple of deals and they went to my competitors, cant point my finger at anyone. Need to see bb chat, as thats only one thing which is not trace able even in bills.
anyways, i guess i have to wait and see if anyone comes up with a better solution.

Send a message to flexispy, works well. They have online chat support, ask them if Flexispy pro works capturing bb messenger files. Also if you use BES then you might be able to capture that in there... check on it.
