Is there a way of doing a Lookup of a group (or distribution list)? We're using BES 4.02

Yes there is. You have to set a particular group setting to each entry you put on your contacts. Then when you have to search by group, just go into contacts press the wheel, look up filters, click on that and then scroll down the list of the group you want, when you find it, click the wheel and add a checkmark when you close out of filters all the members of that group will be on the screen for you to scroll up and down in. When done you can either remove the checkmark or do it the next time you have to change a group. By the way, you can add more than one category or group to each contact and they will sort into each of the categories when you sort, i.e. business, and personal. If you do a search as a business contact the person will appear, if you go ahead and change and the second time you do a sort by personal, the person will show up on that list also.
