I have had my storm since the day it came out. One of the first in the store. Every day, at least once a day
since I have had it, the darn thing will suddenly quit. The screen goes black, then it turns grey with a small clock rotating in the center of the screen. I took it to Verizon and they ran a software update (or something) and it supposedly fixed it. Nope. This happened twice yesterday and again today. Each time it takes longer and longer for it to boot back up. Anyone had this issue come up yet?
