We recently enabled content protection via our BES security policy. Many of our users have complained that this has broken the caller ID on their blackberries when the blackberry is locked. Is this a bug/feature? Is there a setting one can change on the BES so that caller ID will work when the device is locked?

I would think that, that is a built in security feature
