I followed the instructions to add gmail (imap) I'm to either leave it blank or type the wrong password. I do both and when I press Next it doesn't give me the option to where I can provide the setting to add this email account.
I have a 9530 v.4.7.0.75 Platform 4.0.0.94.

Do you know why you got a Blackberry then. No need for IMAP. Login the BIS and setup your account there...

It works better for me if I set up gmail via here:

BlackBerry Internet Service


Also, please make sure that you have IMAP set up properly on your Gmail account. I would reccomend leaving the setting blank.
