Hi, I have in my hand a new Vodafone Storm 9500 whit lasted oficial OS (4.7.0.78).
When go to browser and try to tap in address bar (or go to, or search here) the field are disabled. I can browse using bookmark, but no typed address manualy (or search).

Do you have a BB Data plan? And is the device properly provisioned by your provider, with the correct service books?

You may want to go to Option in the browser and then Browser Configuration and change the Browser Identification to BlackBerry. That might help.
