Hey guys... so I downloaded the newest version of the BB Desktop Software (4.7). I then downloaded the newest version of the BB Curve OS for AT&T straight from the BB website (version 4.5... updating form v 4.2).

So after downloading, I double click and it installs to my computer. I then open up BB Desktop, go to update and it recognizes that there's a version 4.5. It's automatically checked, and I hit "next." Then NOTHING HAPPENS?! It recognizes that there's an update installed on my computer on the first screen, but doesn't even recognize that there's an update after I hit "next"??

Can someone please help... This is absurd.

Did you get the 8310 OS?

Try deleting the file vendor.xml before opening the Desktop manager and see if it works.
