I want to transfer my calendar and phone numbers to the Storm.

I have tried to use the Desktop Blackberry Manager. I have attempted to go through the Device Switch Wizard. It I select "Switch from another device to a Blackberry device" then click Start.

A "Welcome to the Migration Wizard" pop-up window comes up and select "Next"

In the taskbar, the BB logo and Working- Blackberry is shown and "Select Desktop Organizer" window appears. Although I can see the option to either choose Palm/Desktop or Windows Device, the type is light and I am not able to choose either one. The "Next" button is also unable to be selected. I do see the green blinking device icon on the bottom right taskbar.

On the Storm, I have a black screen with a computer and cell image; on the Palm, nothing noticable. When I have tried to "Cancel" from the "Select desktop organizer" window, it asks if I want to exit the Migration Wizard.

Is the information from the Centro being migrated to the Storm? How long does this take? It has been as described above for about 10 minutes. Any information would be appraciated.

Do you outlook in your PC and do you have a means of getting your Palm info to outlook?

If so, all you will need to is import your data which is less arduous process for the DM
