Does anyone know if the BES 4.0 for Exchange IT Policy allows for setting the Owner by using a variable?

ie
%firstname% %lastname% would yeild the result of Jim Smith

Would be nice if it was. Seems like kind of an obvious thing for RIM to have provided. An option to use the Display Name would fit many organizations' needs.
