Default How do I listen to my archived voicemail messages?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

When listening to my voicemails, my blackberry gave me the option to "archive my message," so I did. Then it says that it will be saved/archived for 3 days. Now I want to listen/un-archive the message because I don't want it to be deleted after 3 days. I have no idea how to even access the archived message, let alone un-archive it. Please help!?! Does anyone know how to access my archived voicemail message, and once accessed, how do I unarchive it and keep it in my regular voicemail? Thanks!

I believe that's set by the carrier. With att I get 14 days. No matter what I do its only 14 days even if I resave it. So I don't think you will be able to keep it for longer than your 3 days. If I'm wrong someone correct me.

Listen to your VoiceMail system prompts, it should provide you information which key to press to listen to Saved Messages. Generally, once you have listend to a voicemail, a VM system will ask you what to do next - delete, save or listen to next message... when you hang-up, any unsaved message will be deleted. Saved messages can only be re-saved or deleted.

Voicemail is a carrier feature not a BB feature. Each carrier has its own voicemail system so you'd need to ask someone with the same carrier or ask your carrier.

That said, I'm on at&t and I have no idea. I delete all messages immediately...
