I had posted my problem that email that I was deleting off of my BB was not relfected in BWC. All my settings were correct and Nextel sent me to RIM.

The issue is this. If you select a single email or multiple emails using the caps key and delete it will be reconciled on the BWC. If you select the date and use "Delete Prior" it will not reconcile and this is by design incase you accidently deleted all you prior messages.

If you use the delete prior, which I did a lot, you have to log into BWC and manually delete those emails.

I guess there is a technical bulletin about this on BB's public support site, but I never thought about that. I thought delete was delete.

Anyway, just a heads up.

This has been an issue for quite some time... I know it doesn't make you feel any better and quite frankly it ticks me off that RIM hasn't addressed this yet.

Like a good techie, I searched for a solution and even posted my question. It should be made more obvious that there is the exception.

It is one of those big brother things. Users of BB's are too dumb and might accidently delete their messages without meaning too. It should be a "feature" that you can adjust to your liking.

Like I said before, I thought delete was delete so I figured it was a technical issue.
