Smile Meeting replies do not appear

I am having a problem viewing replies associated with meetings in BB email. If someone replies to an meeting invite I send out, anything written in the notes in a reply to the meeting cannot be viewed in my blackberry email. I can see it in outlook, but not in my blackberry. This is not a problem with just my blackberry, it is for other users as well.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks!

I would let the BES admin know about this issue... then make sure that the mapi and cdo on the BES match the version on the exchange server.

Yup sounds like CDO problem, assuming you are on Exchange (some setup details please). OP post your MAPI32.dll and CDO.dll versions from your BES and one Exchange server (if you have more than one Exch server check they all match).

They do seem to be different versions. Is there a patch for either the exchange/bes server?

Yes but there are many so without seeing your versions, I can't advise on the best route to take. Have a search on here for CDO and you will see what you need to do. It is applied using Exchange SPs or hotfixes but the latest Exchange Security Patch (released a few weeks ago) is not validated by RIM so you have to decide yourself what to do. I have got Exchange patched with that (Exchange needs it) but haven't patched my BESs yet (even though MS say to) and they are fine. Have a look at the threads though coz tons more info on this.

cdo.dll > 6.5.7651.61
mapi32.dll > 6.5.7638.1

Same on BES and Exchange servers.

You need to apply the latest Exchange Security patch (search on here it's mentioned a bit) to your Exchange server(s). I still don't think RIM have validated it (I haven't applied it to my BESs yet) but in your case I would do all servers.

Version = 6.5.7654.12
