We have the BES pack (includes BES and BIS) on our two devices. Now I see the shortcomings for BIS not having full 2-way email sync between my BB devices and Gmail and Hotmail - can I utilize the "BES" portion of my BB plan to get full two-way personal email with my Gmail and Hotmail accounts?

If NOT, are there companies out there that offers inexpensive full 2-way sync for personal email accounts and BB devices , which I assume will utilize our BES packs?

Basically, I want my wife and I (and kids eventually) to share email accts. If an email is read or deleted on one platform (say PC), I want that status propogated to all other platforms (like each BB device). Visa versa, a change made to any one BB device (read or delete), that change is propogated to all other devices (PC and BB devices).
