Hey everyone,

I'm having an issue syncing a blackberry storm to a desktop PC via USB. I think i've narrowed the problem down after trying a few things. If I connect the device to a PC that is logged into a domain with a limited account, you cannot view the media that is on that Storm. BUT, for some reason Microsoft is still mapping 2 drives into the explorer. I believe they are for the internal storage, and the extended SD card. These folders are completely empty though. Then, if I log into an administrator account, the folders are replaced by 1 folder that has the files in it. So which makes me believe that this issue is within our domain. Also, I should add that when the limited account attempts to open up the Desktop Software that comes with the blackberry, Roxio's Media Manager is left out of the menu, but upon logging in as an administrator, the Media Manager returns. Has anyone experienced this issue?
