Default useDaylightTime method detects wrong DST

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,

I need help in urgent about Time Zone issue with BlackBerry API.

The TimeZone.useDaylightTime() detects incorrectly. For example, i set system Time Zone for the simulator is Montevideo UTC-3, the time in Montevideo - Uruguay now is NOT using DST but the code returns true. But the time displayed in the simulator is correct, only DST detection returns incorrectly.

Please help!!!

Best regards,

Louis Tang.

PS: I search that it could be caused by the TimeZone is not up-to-date, that's why it detects incorrect, if so, please tell me how to make it up-to-date.

I am using JDE 4.7, Simulator OS 4.5.0.81
