i want to erase everything i've ever put on my bb 8330.
i want it to have the same features as when i first ever turned it on...
just the files that come with the blackberry.

Got to Options, Security Options, General Settings. Once in there, bring up your menu and you will see, "Wipe Handheld". Do that will wipe your phone to factory settings.

That will wipe out customer data but will not wipe out any applications loaded onto the BlackBerry.

You can use JLCmder and wipe the device, then reload the OS.
