going to be able to control the BB Messenger contacts on devices?

I have IT brethren that switch devices alot, along with myself.. I want to be able to automatically push out BB Pin #'s to my IT people, rather than having them slowly add each other 1 at a time..

I've been thinking about this alot lately.. =(

We switch devices so often (one every 6 months? to 1yr), that most of my IT people don't even bother adding each other to the BBIM because chances are the pin # wont be the same in 6 months.. If the BES could control this similiar to how OCS does, that'd be RAD.

Assuming your BES is 4.1.6 and HH 4.5 above (not sure about other versions) BBM contacts ought to be repopulated when an EA switches a handheld for a user.

It's not quite the same as being able to push a list of PINs from BES to BBs, but it should help.

What if.. when deleting their account, you opt to delete them from the mail system? Do you need to leave their Blackberry Information alone?

Do you only just delete the account and just reactivate?

If you delete the mail system info then all the backup info is gone.

I never delete a user or its info, just right click and choose generate and email activation password for a new device.
