i installed the app world through a RIM's link even im in Italy. When i made reset i got the app error 253. I tried to run the loader.exe but nothing. Any suggestions pls????

you need to wipe with jlcommander...then reload the os

Thank you all BUT :

first of all the device cannot connect to be wiped.
second, when i go to DOS ,even to write Common Files at the second step, says that cannot be found or smt like that.
