Since I carry my BB in my pocket, I've mapped the Voice Dial key to the Keyboard Lock. No problem, but when I receive a phone call it goes straight to the vibration instead of the ringtones. I've set several custom ringtones that help differentiate callers, but I don't know of a way to have the ringtone activate on a call while the keyboard is locked.
I apologize in advance if there is already a post on this topic; I'm a new user (via Sprint) and there's an awful lot of information on this board. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the welcome and quick reply. No, I don't have it in the holster. I usually just have it in my pocket with the keyboard locked. I'll take a look at the FAQ in the meantime.
**Thanks for the direction to the FAQ. I think I have figured it out. Thanks again for the quick response. So far I've followed the FAQ and while in keyboard lock mode I get the vibration, but the custom assigned ringtones work as I want them to.
Will definitely be following more on this board and reading more FAQs.
