Hi,

I have recently bought me a secondhand BB.Software is already installed but can not use any web applications or email services.I have researching my ... off but won´t get any futher.I think is best to reinstal the desktop software and begin from the buttom,right?
tried to install but recieved the message not available.
Does it matter wich software i instal for BB 7130 provider is orange

If not, or you don't know, conect Orange.

That's correct - the BlackBerry is a bit different - to fully utilize it (for email, etc.) you need the special BlackBerry Data Plan.
