I have just got my replacement 9000 an I keep havin white outs when usein maps, internet or calls it fades out to white an a batt pull sometimes cures it please help, this is my 6th handset now not amused with the quality

Sounds like a loose connection between lcd and pcb

Or a bad lcd screen

just remove the lcd clean it and put it back after five or six mnts.

This sounds great and definitive. How do you "remove" the lcd screen?

you invaliadate your warranty by unscrewing the 6 screws with a T5 screwdriver, removing the bezel and the mainboard and disconnecting the LCD.

I cant see that cleaning the LCD would help in this matter at all.
